Your booked room will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

The Guest Pass Bad Hindelang PLUS will be sent to you by email on the day of arrival. With the QR code, you can take advantage of the numerous benefits included in the pass. The fantastic highlights: All mountain railways in Bad Hindelang and Oberjoch at Iseler and Imberger Horn can be used free of charge every day in both winter and summer – ski tickets are therefore included in the room rate! BergBuddies also enjoy free admission to the Naturbad Hindelang as well as the adventure pools Wonnemar in Sonthofen and ABC-Bad in Nesselwang.
Important: If you would like to use the free ski pass, you will need a chip card – this is available at the reception of the Alpin Chalets. You can enjoy the various benefits throughout your stay. Please note that these are only valid on the day of arrival or departure.

Your accommodation is a 2-minute walk from the bus station in Oberjoch, making us easily accessible by public transport. The nearest train station is in Sonthofen.
You are welcome to book a Day Spa visit at the Panoramahotel Oberjoch. As a guest of Hotel BergBuddies, you receive a 50% discount on Day Spa admission. Advance booking is requested.
Electric vehicle charging stations can be used at the neighboring Panorama Hotel.
The Bad Hindelang region is a paradise for cyclists and mountain bikers. The network of trails is excellently developed and offers diverse routes with varying levels of difficulty. The Hindelang Bike Park is particularly attractive for freeride enthusiasts.
You can also rent bicycles on site. In cooperation with the "Bergfink" in Oberjoch, we provide e-mountain bikes.
The breakfast buffet is available daily from 7:00 to 10:30 in the community room. Please sign up for a breakfast time slot in advance.

A hairdryer is provided in every room.
You are welcome to bring your dog on holiday in selected rooms. There is a charge of €25.00 per night per pet. Please let us know before your arrival so we can plan accordingly. Please note that if you do not register your pet, we will charge a cleaning fee of €80.00 per pet.
During your stay, you can surf the internet free of charge using our Wi-Fi. You will find our Wi-Fi password in your room or in the separate email we send you before your arrival.

The municipality of Bad Hindelang charges a tourist tax per person per night. As a guest paying the tourist tax, you can enjoy many holiday experiences in the Allgäu at reduced rates or even free of charge.
Tourist tax in winter from 15.12. to 31.03.: for adults €3.80 per person and night, for teenagers €2.00 per person and night, children up to 5 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
Tourist tax in summer from 01.04. to 14.12.: for adults €3.30 per person and night, for teenagers €2.00 per person and night, children up to 5 years are exempt from the tourist tax.

The panorama restaurant is located opposite in the Panoramahotel and offers a varied and indulgent 6-course choice menu daily. Every Friday, we host our kitchen party, and every Saturday there is a candlelight dinner.
In our restaurant Zwölfhundert NN, located directly at the Alpin Chalets, BergBuddies will find a delicious selection of various steak and fish dishes. There is also a selection available for our vegetarian guests. Every Sunday and Monday, our exclusive all-you-can-eat Savoir Vivre takes place here.
The Meckatzer Sportalp is located directly at the Iseler valley station, where you can enjoy classic Allgäu specialties.

In our Sauna Cube in the garden, you’ll find soothing relaxation. Use of the outdoor sauna is included daily for all BergBuddies from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm!
The Smart Mountain Hotel BergBuddies is just a 3-minute walk from the valley station of the Iseler mountain railways. From there, you can access ten lift facilities and enjoy 32 fantastic kilometers of slopes. From family-friendly runs to more challenging pistes, there’s alpine winter sports fun for everyone.
Cross-country ski trails start directly in Oberjoch, both for classic style and skating. From Oberjoch, you can follow the circular trail all the way into the Tyrolean Tannheimer Valley.
Reservations can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 80% of the total price will be charged. This also applies to early departure. For reservations that include bundled services (offers), 80% of the agreed package price will also be charged in case of cancellation. Please note that cancellations must be made in writing.
Oberjoch is the ideal hiking region. More than 20 hiking trails lead directly from your front door into the wonderful Allgäu mountains.
All 24 rooms are furnished in a modern alpine style. We will gladly try to accommodate your individual room request, but please understand that sometimes not all requests can be fulfilled.
For stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning on the 4th day is included!
