Our goal is that 75 percent of our suppliers and business partners are family-owned companies – preferably from the region. In this way, we promote and support other family entrepreneurs and help create strong structures and secure jobs in our home region.
Fruits Jork
A family-run business from the Allgäu since 1953. When it comes to regional agriculture, Früchte Jork truly knows its trade. The company Früchte Jork is an owner-managed wholesale business specializing in fresh food products that are subject to strict controls and the highest hygiene standards. Früchte Jork also takes care of the distribution and logistics of Madame Butterzart.
To reduce delivery days and truck journeys, we bundle our orders with Früchte Jork.
Zötler Family Brewery
The family brewery Zötler is based in Rettenberg in the Allgäu region. This medium-sized company brews 13 different beer specialties, two non-alcoholic beers, four beer mixed drinks and three craft beers, as well as beer spirits and non-alcoholic soft drinks. Producing distinctive character beers, along with their continuous refinement and quality, are the top priorities of the Zötler family. The company relies on raw materials from southern Germany and modern brewing technology, combined with time-honored craftsmanship and experience.
Baur Country Butcher Shop
Happy cows graze on the lush Allgäu meadows... this is something everyone at the Adolf Baur family butcher shop in Ronsberg knows well. It's one of the few businesses in the region that still has its own slaughterhouse. For over 90 years, quality and tradition have been paramount at this family-run business. The German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture has awarded the Adolf Baur family butcher shop the Federal Honorary Prize for the third time – the highest quality award in the German food industry.
Escher Winery
Back in the 1960s, the Escher family discovered their passion for wine. With 900 vines, the family laid the foundation for the success of today’s family business, the Escher Winery. Thanks to this diversity of vineyard sites with highly varied soil formations and different elevations, they produce fully ripe and expressive premium wines every year. They are also convinced that through sustainable, artisanal work and thinking in harmony with nature, they are doing something good for their now 65,000 vines.
Allgäu Oil Mill
As farmers, it was always the goal of the founding Dopfer family to process and market regional products directly – in the spirit of a closed-loop system. The Kempten-based Allgäu Oil Mill stands for quality, regionality and sustainability, as well as the processing of the finest raw materials. The range includes over 25 different cold-pressed premium oils, vinegars and flours – all, of course, of the highest quality.
Burkhardt Juices
Nothing but fruit juice in mind – and that for over four generations. The company supports fruit growers as well as those who still have traditional meadow orchards in their gardens or on their fields. The cider tree is typical of the Swabian Alb. Burkhardt Juices has received the Federal Honorary Award five times in a row – the highest distinction in the food industry. In addition, they have won the “Prize of the Best” 16 times consecutively for long-standing, high and sustainable quality production. Not least, more than 15 Burkhardt juices are regularly awarded by the DLG.
Rapunzel
We source rotating vegan & vegetarian spreads of the highest quality from the regional, organically certified producer Rapunzel. The family-owned company not only places great importance on GMO-free, organic cultivation of the highest quality, but also strongly emphasizes fair trade and socio-ecological commitment. In addition, more than half of the products are produced and packaged at their headquarters in Legau.
Eberle & Dieth
Immerse yourself in our extensive wine world. Our favorite wines in the Lerch Genusswelten come from the traditional company Eberle & Dieth and are tested by friends, colleagues and guests before being selected with the utmost care. The wine center in Laupheim has long been appreciated by wine enthusiasts.
