Community room
The community room, complete with a terrace, is the social heart of the house – equipped with modern multimedia technology, a cozy kitchen, well-stocked refrigerators, snacks, and a bar. When booked exclusively, it becomes a private meeting place: for exchanging ideas, working creatively, toasting, and simply relaxing together – all in complete privacy. And if it goes on a bit longer: all the better.
Conference offer
If things get a little bigger: for group work, presentations, or simply conversations behind closed doors, we offer 4 light-filled conference rooms with terrace access as well as 2 meeting rooms for smaller gatherings – all suitable for different group sizes and bookable according to your needs. Of course, catering is also taken care of: whether individually arranged or as a convenient all-inclusive package with full budget transparency. You tell us what you need – we’ll take care of the rest.
Culinary
Great food? Always – and preferably regional, flexible, and truly delicious. Our Allgäu breakfast with live cooking in the community room is included and the perfect start to your day. After that, it’s up to you: a cooking box to prepare yourselves, a picnic backpack for a summit break, a hearty snack platter, or a packed lunch for the road.
If you’re meeting in one of our conference rooms, the right meeting catering is a must – from unlimited conference beverages to delicious coffee breaks. With us, you can either book one of our proven all-inclusive packages or create your conference catering individually.
If the occasion calls for something more refined, the panorama restaurant of the neighboring hotel awaits with fine cuisine and breathtaking views. For an even more exclusive experience, the steak restaurant 1200 NN is the perfect choice. And for those who love it hearty, we recommend one of the rustic alpine huts nearby.
And when the day slowly comes to an end? Best enjoyed with a drink at the bar next door – or together with your buddies in the community room.
Surroundings
Step outside the door and straight into a mountain adventure: around BergBuddies, panoramic trails, bike routes, cross-country tracks, and ski slopes await – right on your doorstep. In summer, summit tours, via ferratas, bike trails, and refreshing mountain lakes beckon. In winter, you’re right in the heart of the Oberjoch ski area with perfectly groomed runs, sledding tracks, and winter hiking paths. The best part: ski tickets and rides on the mountain lifts right outside the door are included in your room rate all year round!
Your equipment is just as well taken care of: in our spacious bike, hiking, and ski storage room – or conveniently in the free ski depot directly at the mountain lift.
And if you’re looking to unwind: the village offers cozy huts, fine restaurants, and the perfect dose of Allgäu lifestyle.

Speaking of unwinding: our small but charming Sauna Cube in the garden offers relaxing breaks in between your mountain adventures.
